I am pleased to announce that I have been accepted to produce identity and print materials for a new non-profit organization based in Chicago. Business partners Ursula Wagner and Susie Moya are working hard to develop an educational curriculum to prevent gender violence (domestic violence, teen dating violence, sexual assault, harassment, etc). In the coming weeks and months I am looking forward to providing effective design for this impactful program.

I will be featured in the Arts and Entertainment section of the News-Gazette this Sunday. I get nervous with this sort of thing, but the interview was enjoyable. Looking forward to seeing it.

Portrait of Cara Maurizi on a Sofa and CattleHeart Butterfly with Flowers are up at Emerald City Lounge as part of a “pre-show” teaser to Artists Against Aids. Working furiously to get more done. Gonna be a really busy Spring and Summer. Also, AAA is looking for volunteers. If you are inclined to help in any way, visit the site and find out how you can make a difference.

New “In-Progress” section added to the Fine Arts portion of the site. Not much there yet, but I intend on posting a few images through the development of each new piece. I will keep it as “real time” as I can. Fun? Check back often to see what I’m working on.
